3 Do’s & Don’ts For Business Growth
It’s not that we don’t work hard enough or fail to plan; it’s just that we don’t always finish what we started.
“Mary, Mary, quite contrary, how does your garden grow? With toil and care, and follow through, and happy customers all in a row”
It’s not that we don’t have great plans or that we don’t work hard for our customers or that we don’t already have a great brand; it’s just that we don’t always finish what we started. Here’s three do’s and three don’ts for business growth:
Do spend time drawing up your marketing and sales strategy for the following year.
Don’t leave it in a drawer gathering dust while you continue to operate as you always did.
Do take the time to get out there and meet your customers.
Don’t do all the talking – you are there primarily to listen.
Do make sure everyone in your company understands your brand and how to communicate it.
Don’t assume everyone is singing from the same sheet just because you gave them a copy.
Remember, remember, it’s all in the follow-through!
